A couple of weeks ago
I past filming for 30 Rock.
As I stood on the sidewalk across the street
The Southern woman next to me
asked..."what are they filming?"
"30 Rock", I said.

Marsh & McLennan, Inc. is a global risk & insurance services firm.

Prior to the September 11 Attacks, the corporation held offices on 8 floors of the North Tower of the World Trade Center, between floors 93 & 100. When American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the building as part of the attacks, their offices composed the entire impact zone, which was between floors 93 & 99. No one present in the offices at the time survived the attack & the firm lost 295 employees.

In my previous job, MMC was a client (before September 11, 2001). We did some work for them after September 11, 2001…mostly it involved tributes & memorials & it was not easy.

MMC's September 11 memorial is located in the plaza adjacent to the company's headquarters at 1166 Avenue of the Americas in New York City.



It is a beautiful, peaceful, sad & lovely spot & I go there often for a lunch break.

It was so nice out today. I sat on a fountain at lunch & enjoyed the day. Some guy walked by & said, "nice toes." I'm still laughing.
